Production Technician #1024
About the role
Do you enjoy precision work and want to grow in a cutting-edge technological environment? We are looking for a Production Technician to support the manufacturing of optical components used in advanced technology applications.
No experience with optical fiber? No problem! Comprehensive training is provided to help you develop the skills and expertise needed in this specialized and rapidly growing field.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare components required for product manufacturing.
- Handle and prepare optical fiber according to established procedures.
- Operate specialized equipment and computer-assisted production systems.
- Perform detailed assembly operations on optical components.
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks.
- Carry out product testing and validation procedures.
- Record production results and document any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment in accordance with quality standards.
- Perform other related duties as required.

- Evening schedule, 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday.

Requirements
- High school diploma (HSD) or equivalent.

- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible.
Salary:** Up to **$23 per hour
Schedule:** Evening shift, **3 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Status: Temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
