Accounts Payable Clerk ? Ready Mix Concrete Industry

Casey Metro Ltd. is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. We are a fast-paced ready-mix concrete company with over 40 years in the industry, committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match purchase orders, delivery slips, and invoices
• Prepare and process payments by cheque and EFT
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized accounts payable records and filing systems
• Communicate professionally with suppliers and internal staff
• Assist with month-end accounting procedures and reporting
• Support the accounting department with administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

• Previous accounts payable or accounting experience preferred
• Experience in the construction, transportation, or ready-mix industry is considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage high-volume workloads
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Professional communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
