Contributes to the overall success of the QA - COAT Delivery Center - Agility & Assurance team ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliant with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Excellent technical skills in IVR (3-5+ years of hands-on work experience). 4-5+ years of proven work experience as a QA Test Analyst. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, best practices, tools and processes. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans\strategies and test cases. Experience with writing simple or complex SQL queries for data validation. Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban development process. Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.

Demonstrable, practical hands-on experience using Confluence\JIRA\XRAY

Strong communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to resolve escalated issues effectively.
