Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage and complete full-cycle recruitment organization wide.

Identify and engage passive talent.
-
Research new/ trending recruitment and sourcing strategies/methods.
-
Maintain an internal resume database.
-
Research and identify relevant industry networking events to attend.
-
Responsible for administrative duties, including HR filing systems, documentation, other tracking and reporting processes.
-
Support payroll and benefits administration as needed, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
-
Responsible for policy and procedure development, implementation, and updates in line with company expectations and legislation.
-
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and workplace matters.
-
Support and foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture through engagement and retention initiatives.
-
Lead and manage the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.

Manage employee offboarding processes, including terminations, ensuring internal records are kept up to date
-
Responsible for conducting and recording performance reviews company wide.
-
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs.
-
Conduct HR analysis related to performance, retention and time/ attendance tracking.
-
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
-
Other duties as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-
College or University degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
-
Previous work experience in Human Resources; prior recruitment experience in the Engineering industry is an asset.
-
Previous experience with engaging passive talent.
-
Familiarity with Boolean search strings is an asset.
-
Strong communication skills are required.
-
Strong relationship management skills are required
-
Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
-
Attention to detail in all areas of work.
Position Details:
- Type: Full-time, On Site
- Location: Scarborough, Ontario
- Purpose: Existing Vacancy
- Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Compensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000 / annum
This compensation represents the Company’s current anticipated range for this position. Actual compensation offered may vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills.
