Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 base + bonus + annual salary review

Are you an Executive Assistant who loves being closely involved in the business, not just managing a calendar?
Our client, a highly respected global consulting firm, is looking for a dedicated EA to support a senior leader and help drive key initiatives forward.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety: you'll be the primary support to a busy executive and a key player in coordinating projects, meetings, and client-facing activities. If you're organized, resourceful, and enjoy being the person people rely on to make things happen, this could be a great next step.
What you'll be doing:
-
Owning the executive's calendar, inbox, and priorities, ensuring they are always prepared and focused on what matters most.
-
Coordinating internal and external meetings, client calls, and presentations, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
-
Arranging complex travel, itineraries, and accommodations, and managing related expenses and budgets.
-
Providing support on strategic projects and business initiatives, including tracking action items and timelines.
-
Assisting with executive reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership and client meetings.
-
Supporting culture and engagement efforts such as recognition initiatives, team events, and internal communications.
-
Planning and coordinating external events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements, including liaising with vendors and partners.
-
Acting as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring a professional, polished experience.
What you bring:
-
5 + years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative/business support role supporting executives.
-
Background in a fast-paced, professional environment (consulting, financial services, professional services, or entrepreneurial/scale-up settings is an asset).
-
Strong organizational and project coordination skills - you're comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional presence in client-facing situations.
-
High level of discretion, judgment, and attention to detail.
-
Post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is preferred.
