Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Account Manager to support Intco’s rapidly growing presence in the Canadian and U.S. markets. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who excels at developing new customers and driving revenue growth.

You will oversee the full sales cycle—from strategic prospecting, solution-based presentations, and contract negotiation to account growth and long-term client success. You will work closely with our Canadian leadership team and international manufacturing operations to ensure seamless project delivery.

As part of Intco’s global sales organization, you will also have the opportunity to attend major international medical and healthcare exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities ⭐ Primary Focus: New Customer Development

• Identify, prospect, and convert new customers across Canada and the United States • Drive continuous pipeline growth through active outreach, follow-up, and relationship building

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact presentations and customized client proposals • Manage long-term customer relationships and oversee account development • Act as the main liaison between clients, Canadian operations, and overseas factories • Provide accurate and timely updates related to product availability, production schedules, and logistics • Represent Intco at major trade shows and international industry events • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals

Compensation

• Competitive base salary • Performance-based commission — the more orders you bring in, the higher your earnings • Additional bonuses for outstanding quarterly and annual results

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Confident, self-motivated, and solutions oriented • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and handle complex tasks • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking • Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities • Willingness to travel within North America

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field • B2B sales or account management experience is highly valued • Fluency in English is required
