Description The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities across existing accounts and net new prospects for our Unity Entity Management solution. This role requires an experienced Enterprise-level salesperson, ideally with legal industry expertise and exposure to legal technology. Leveraging your B2B sales skills, you will engage prospects, build strong client relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and consistently exceed sales targets through strategic territory planning, proactive lead generation, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities with existing customers and new prospects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
  • Represent the Unity Entity Management solution with a strong understanding of its application and value, particularly in legal and professional services industries.
  • Engage with decision-makers, uncover client needs, and align solutions to deliver value.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas through disciplined execution and results-driven selling.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans informed by data analysis and market trends.
  • Proactively generate leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and follow-up activities.
  • Partner with marketing, account management, and product teams to align on messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with implementation and onboarding teams to ensure smooth post-sale transitions, driving adoption and customer success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to track pipeline activity, client interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques and product knowledge to remain competitive in the field.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the legal industry or with legal technology solutions.
  • Corporate law experience highly valued, ideally gained as a clerk, paralegal, or lawyer with exposure to legal technology.
  • Post-secondary education in business, accounting, law, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master product functionality to deliver effective demos and training.
  • Self-motivated with strong collaboration skills and a proven record of exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% (client meetings, training sessions, and conferences).
