About The Team And The Role You’ll be joining the Seller Experience organization within eBay — the heartbeat of our global marketplace. This team owns the end-to-end seller journey, from onboarding and listing to selling and growth, operating at global scale across 190+ markets and billions of listings.
As eBay sharpens its strategy around Focus Categories , we are investing deeply in building category-first, verticalized seller experiences that unlock growth, improve quality, and differentiate eBay in priority segments. Focus Categories represent a key pillar of eBay’s long-term strategy — where we aim to deliver best-in-class, tailored seller tools and workflows that reflect the unique needs of each vertical.
As a Product Manager , you will own key components of the seller journey within Focus Categories and help deliver high-impact solutions that improve seller efficiency, listing quality, and business growth.
What You Will Accomplish
- Own the product roadmap and execution of seller-facing capabilities within Focus Categories.
- Build and iterate on workflows across listing, inventory management, pricing, seller insights, and seller growth tools.
- Partner with engineering, design, content, analytics, research and legal teams to deliver intuitive and effective consumer experiences.
- Translate seller pain points and data insights into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
- Support experimentation efforts to measure adoption, quality improvements, and seller performance impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Continuously gather seller feedback and behavioral insights to inform improvements.
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years of product management experience building consumer products.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to ship high-quality experiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics and interpret results.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset with passion for improving seller experiences.
- Exposure to commerce, marketplace, or platform-based products is preferred.
Additional Details The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
C$110,400 - C$147,400
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
