We are currently looking for a construction logistics coordinator.
JOB DESCRIPTION
UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE :
- Defining and tracking material priorities in collaboration with the planning team and on-site supervision while staying informed about ongoing activities and the construction schedule;
- Determining storage areas and overseeing material flow on-site;
- Updating and maintaining the Material Management System (MMS);
- Coordinating deliveries and ensuring all material management processes are followed;
- Maintaining effective and continuous communication with the construction team;
- Supervising and coordinating the maintenance of the construction equipment fleet.
GENERAL SKILLS
YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF :
- You have relevant experience in logistics on a construction site or in an industrial environment;
- You possess excellent planning, organizational, and priority management skills;
- You can work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment;
- You are proficient with material management tools and related software;
- You have strong leadership and team supervision skills;
- You communicate effectively and thrive in a collaborative environment;
- You are bilingual (French and English).
