Join Our Team ? Registered Social Worker | Kelowna, BC
Interactive Counselling is expanding our Kelowna team and we're looking for a Registered Social Worker (BSW or MSW) to join us as an independent contractor.
We're an award-winning mental health practice with locations across BC and Alberta ? known for our high standard of care, supportive team culture, and genuine commitment to the communities we serve. If you're an RSW who's ready to build or grow a meaningful caseload in a practice that has your back, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer:
- Flexible scheduling with real consistency ? We're looking for someone with 25?40 hours of availability per week. Set the schedule that works for you ? days, evenings, or a mix ? and we'll build around it. Consistency matters for our clients, and we'll support you in maintaining it.

- Your specialty is an asset ? Trauma, anxiety, families, grief, life transitions ? whatever your area of focus, there's a caseload here for you.

What We're Looking For:
- Current registration with the BC College of Social Workers (BCCSW)
- BSW or MSW from an accredited program
- Experience providing individual counselling in a clinical or community setting
- Strong communication skills and a client-centered approach
- Availability of 25?40 hours per week with a consistent, professional schedule
Role Details:
Contract type: Independent Contractor Location: In person ? Kelowna, BC Virtual services also available across BC
Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
