    • Offer merchandising support and bundle promotions to boost turn rates.
    • Provide training on product differentiation (soil blends, mulch types, specialty mixes).
  • Expand Sales Across All Retail & Commercial Segments in the assigned territory:

    • Manage existing accounts while actively prospecting new garden centres, hardware stores, landscape yards, and commercial buyers.
    • Sell both bagged consumer SKUs and bulk loads for contractors and distribution yards.
  • Sales Strategy & Support:

    • Build a market growth plan evaluating opportunities with current and prospective customers.
    • Develop pricing proposals, respond to quotes, and secure pre-booked seasonal commitments.
    • Track sales trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide internal planning.
  • Field Presence & Brand Representation:

    • Attend trade shows, buying group meetings, and landscape expos to promote our product programs.
    • Host product demos and yard visits, showcasing product performance and application benefits.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and territory planning skills.
  • A Valid G Registration Ontario Driver’s Licence and comfort with regular travel across Southern Ontario.
  • Some travel will also be required to our Walker Compost Facility office location in Arthur, ON.
