Accountabilities

Design, develop, and refine interactive dashboards using Tableau to support business needs across areas such as marketing, sales, and customer service. Translate business requirements into effective data visualization solutions that provide clear and actionable insights. Collaborate with BI teams on data integration, data modeling, and reporting improvements. Participate in technical refinement activities to enhance dashboard performance, usability, and reliability. Manage development tasks through agile processes, including planning and tracking activities using tools such as Jira. Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. Ensure dashboards follow best practices for visualization, data accuracy, and user experience. Support continuous improvement of BI processes and contribute technical expertise to analytics initiatives.

Requirements

Experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or a related technical field. Strong proficiency with Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization. Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based data environments. Understanding of BI concepts, reporting processes, and data modeling principles. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within BI and cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset when working with complex datasets. Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to different audiences.
