About the role

Capital Hand & Stone is seeking a creative

Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant

to join our team on a casual, part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week). This role is ideal for a

graphic design student or recent graduate

who wants to gain hands-on marketing experience, build their portfolio, and contribute to meaningful projects in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce creative assets for digital and print, including social media, email campaigns, flyers, posters, brochures, billboards, and presentations.

Apply and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a consistent identity across all marketing materials.

Create engaging, visually appealing designs and marketing content tailored to target audiences.

Research trends and bring forward innovative design and marketing ideas.

Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms.

Support website updates and maintenance (WordPress, Clinic Sites, etc.).

Track and analyze social media and campaign performance.

Assist in executing email campaigns and paid digital ads.

Provide general marketing and communications support as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a

Graphic Design or related program

.

Strong design skills with experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.

Basic knowledge of website platforms such as WordPress (an asset).

Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
