What the job involves
- The Senior Manager, CEG Strategic Program Communications, will lead the strategy, structure, and execution of internal programmatic communications across the CEG organization
- This leader will, support both transformation and business-as-usual (BAU) initiatives, maintaining consistent strategic documentation, facilitating cadenced forums and communications, and engaging 2,300+ global employees
- They will, partner closely with executive communications, chiefs of staff, project teams, and business leaders
- This role will report into the business, partnering closely with our global and executive communications teams, chiefs of staff, project teams, and business leaders
- Develop and implement a cohesive internal strategy to coordinate and amplify awareness of organizational priorities and transformation goals
- Partner with executive and functional leaders to drive alignment, clarity, and engagement across critical programs teams through integrated communication plans, channels, and events
- Establish governance models, timelines, and reporting mechanisms for cascading information about strategic initiatives, ensuring visibility into progress, milestones and interdependencies (as appropriate)
- Oversee messaging related to strategic project workstreams, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder visibility of progress
- Use data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness, iterate messaging, and develop best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, managers, and cross-functional teams
- Serve as a trusted advisor and change advocate, supporting stakeholders and employees through transformation and change initiatives
- Foster employee engagement and reinforce cultural values and the employee value proposition
- Support leadership in articulating and embedding transformation priorities across the organization
- Ensure transformation messaging is cohesive, timely, and connected to company priorities across all channels
- Manage CEG program communication channels (e.g., CEG Teams channels) to ensure regular updates in-line with the defined and agreed to communication plan
- Partner with communications and HR to align messaging and engagement efforts with program milestones and events
- Lead adoption of new messaging technologies and tools, including utilization of AI for communication creation and employee engagement
- Integrate AI-powered tools and insights to enhance program workflows, communications and decision-makin
