About the role
Position Purpose
The Client Services Representative plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service with a professional, responsible, and supportive approach. Reporting to the Manager of Client Services, this full-time position provides professional and timely support to members across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and shared inboxes. The role assists members with safety course registrations by providing accurate information, guiding individuals through the registration process, and supporting course scheduling while ensuring consistent and positive service experience.
Additionally, the representative offers prompt assistance with technical difficulties related to e-learning, vILT courses, and MyLearning account.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service, ensuring smooth registration processes and handling transfers or refunds efficiently.
- Guide students through registration, verifying eligibility, and facilitating a seamless experience. Provide accurate information on courses, programs, and membership.
- Offer prompt assistance for e-learning course issues, ensuring uninterrupted learning experiences.
- Assist individuals with registrations through the NCSO or NHSA designation process
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Identify process enhancements and stay updated on best practices for improved service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address needs and provide administrative support as required**.**
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
-Experience:
- 1 - 3 years of related experience in a demanding customer service environment, high-volume phone calls, and data coordination required.
-Required Skills and Abilities:
- Competent in Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and Learning Management System (LMS) software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excels at creative thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently as a strong and contributing member in a team environment.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and a positive member experience.
Logistics

Daily work hours are 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Support weekend as well as weekday training as needed.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work model (ACSA facility & Edmonton office).
Salary:$51,119+
