What you’ll do:

Note - This position is located in Kingston, Ontario to support our continued growth via acquisition.

For this position, come equipped with:

  • A history of outstanding success in a high-volume dealership

  • Demonstrated experience as a culture leader with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring.

  • An innovative approach to the business with progressive ideas to grow in sales and service operations.

  • Financial acumen and knowledge of how to drive net profit targets.

  • An innate ability to nurture and model an amazing customer experience.
