Job Summary:

To manufacture, prepare, and bake-off fresh bakery products. Responsible for ensuring the quality of baked goods before preparing for sale. Maintaining work area and ovens for optimal performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure products are baked to meet quality standards.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety standards.
• Maintain equipment in good working order
• Operate commercial machinery in production
• Proof (if applicable) and bake products following set recipes
