Overview:
You support day-to-day IT operations across cloud, systems, and end user environments. You troubleshoot application access, hardware, network, and cloud platform issues across multiple sites. You assist with system upgrades, cloud deployments, security controls, and automation initiatives across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint. You work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, support migrations, and maintain secure, reliable infrastructure.
Job Function and Duties:
- Support the resolution of issues with business applications, system access, desktop hardware, and network communication
- Assist in implementing and upgrading new and existing systems and services
- Support in maintaining the security of our cloud environments, including Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure AD
- Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices
- Design and develop automation/orchestration tools to enable efficient deployment and management of our cloud platforms
- Work with internal and external clients to investigate and resolve complex issues related to production level systems in a timely manner
- Participate in cloud deployment, migrations, and management
Requirements:
- Experience supporting a corporate, multi-site, technology-based environment
- Experience supporting and configuring Office 365
- Experience with Windows and Mac workstation installation and configuration
- Experience configuring SharePoint
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting network switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Working knowledge of cloud phone systems and phone related technologies
- Experience working with Intune and Azure AD
- Proven experience working with the TCP/IP stack and related services
- Experience with administering corporate wired and wireless infrastructure
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
