Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Flight Attendant role based in Edmonton, AB. The Flight Attendant will provide safe, courteous, and professional in-flight service, including conducting safety demonstrations, ensuring cabin safety compliance, and responding to passenger needs throughout the flight. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting passengers during boarding and deplaning, managing carry-on baggage and seating issues, and providing food and beverage service according to company standards. The role also involves handling passenger inquiries and concerns, supporting customers with special needs, and maintaining a clean and organized cabin environment. Flight Attendants work closely with the flight crew to follow aviation regulations, company procedures, and emergency protocols, while contributing to a positive and respectful team culture. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills and experience related to Flight Attendant duties and Aviation operations. Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to support diverse passengers and situations. Candidates should possess familiarity with Aircraft cabin environments and basic safety procedures. Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or service industries is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to travel frequently. Strong problem-solving skills, calm demeanor under pressure, and ability to follow safety and security protocols. High school diploma or equivalent; additional aviation or safety training is an asset. Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and assisting with emergency procedures.
