About the Role

We are looking for a Clinic Manager for our Briarwood location in Oakville — a dynamic, multi-service clinic offering plastic and cosmetic surgery alongside a full suite of medical aesthetic treatments. This role is for a leader who can hold a high-volume, clinically complex environment together: keeping operations running smoothly, the team performing at their best, and patients at the centre of everything. You will oversee the clinic’s performance across surgical and MedSpa service lines, and be the person the team looks to for direction, support, and standards.

What You’ll Do

As the Clinic Manager at Briarwood, you will be accountable for the full clinic experience across both surgical and MedSpa service lines: ensuring seamless operations, a high-performing team, exceptional patient journeys, and strong revenue outcomes.

Clinic Operations & Patient Experience:

  • Ensure every patient interaction meets GraceMed’s high-touch, white-glove standard across surgical consultations and aesthetic treatments
  • Manage clinic flow and scheduling across surgical and MedSpa service lines to optimize provider utilization and patient access
  • Own new patient conversion in partnership with Patient Coordinators and clinical teams
  • Monitor funnel metrics including inquiries, show rates, and consult-to-treatment conversion; act to close gaps
  • Resolve patient concerns with care, professionalism, and a solutions focus
  • Ensure adherence to GraceMed’s clinical protocols, surgical care standards, and regulatory requirements

People Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead, develop, and support a multi-disciplinary team including Patient Coordinators, Nurse Injectors, RNs, Medical Aestheticians, and Laser Technicians
  • Own recruitment and onboarding for in-clinic roles
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance conversations, and team huddles to build alignment and accountability
  • Foster a strong, values-aligned team culture where people take pride in their work and each other
  • Oversee physician and provider scheduling to maximize capacity and minimize gaps

Performance & Reporting:

  • Drive daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets in partnership with the clinic team
  • Analyze KPIs across surgical and aesthetic service lines to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps
  • Report clinic performance and strategies to the Director of People Operations weekly
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to efficiency, patient throughput, and margin performance

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinic management, healthcare leadership, or an equivalent operational management role
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold accountable a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong patient experience orientation with a consistent track record of delivering service excellence
  • Experience managing to performance targets, KPIs, and revenue/margin outcomes
  • Proficiency with EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Clear, direct, and warm communication style — effective with patients, providers, and peers alike
  • Comfortable managing complexity across multiple service lines and competing priorities

An asset:

  • Experience in a surgical clinic, plastic surgery practice, or multi-service healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with Ontario Employment Standards and surgical or healthcare clinic compliance requirements
  • Experience with practice management and patient engagement software
  • Background in coaching or developing frontline clinical or service teams
