Komoka-Kilworth Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced, motivated Medical Director Veterinarian to lead a thriving hospital in one of Southwestern Ontario’s fastest growing and most affluent communities. Why This Role Is Different
This is not a title-only Medical Director role. As Medical Director, you will:
- Set and uphold the medical standards of care for the hospital
- Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing veterinary team
- Partner closely with an experienced Practice Manager
- Influence protocols, equipment, service offerings, and hospital growth
- Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on clinical practice

Komoka–Kilworth Animal Clinic Is Equipped To Support High-quality, Comprehensive Medicine, Allowing You To Manage Cases Confidently In-house And Deliver Exceptional Continuity Of Care. Our Services Include
- Digital radiology and in-house ultrasound
- Therapeutic laser
- Advanced dentistry
- Orthopaedics
For veterinarians interested in advancing their clinical and surgical skill set, the clinic also benefits from access to a traveling mentor surgeon, offering collaborative case support and hands-on guidance for advanced and less commonly performed procedures - ideal for continued growth without practicing in isolation.
We are proud to care for both companion animals and exotics; however, interest or experience with exotics is entirely optional. Veterinarians who prefer to focus exclusively on dogs and cats are fully supported to practice in alignment with their interests and strengths.
