What the role looks like:
We are a thriving hybrid team in the office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at our office located in the Junction Triangle. Our Office Administrator will play a key role in keeping things running smoothly, supporting both in‑office and remote team members, and managing day-to-day operations. This role will work closely with our Talent & Culture and Finance & Operations team.
Other day to day responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office by coordinating logistics, managing supplies, and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly for the team
- Preparing desks, equipment, and welcome packages for new employees and coordinating onboarding and offboarding logistics
- Managing office resources including, computer, supplies, and inventory.
- Coordinating building maintenance requests and working with vendors or building management to resolve issues
- Tracking key office resources such as stipends, parking, and shared office equipment
- Planning and coordinating monthly in-office events
- Maintaining the office emergency plan, organizing fire drills, and meeting all health and safety requirements

- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces, trackers, and logistical details
- Able to juggle a variety of tasks for a variety of different teams and people

**Location:**Hybrid from our laid-back office located in Toronto's Junction Triangle on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
