TheService Contract Administratorrole provides administrative support for the North American aftermarket sales team administering day-to-day activities to enable our sales partners and other internal customers to achieve revenue and service targets by meeting / exceeding service levels related to renewals, validations, contract quotations, orders, and revenue targets.
This position reports to the Sr Manager Customer Service and is part of the Service Contract Administration located inConcord, Canadaand will be anon-siterole.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Provide contract support to the Service and Aftermarket Sales organizations through quotation and order booking of various types of agreements, i.e., Contract and RFP Quotation of Service Contracts, and validations of warranty conversions and contract renewals.

Initiate appropriate actions to ensure contractual documents are processed through standard work, within established service levels and in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

Interface with various internal business groups (Legal, Accounting, EH&S, Human Resources, etc.) to ensure contractual documents are drafted and approvals are obtained.
The essential requirements of the job includ****e:

Requires the knowledge and skills normally acquired through successful completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Support transaction closing activities as needed during month/quarter/year end. Must be flexible with hours worked to support business demands and department Monday through Friday. Some Holiday work may be required.

Analytical skills to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists.
It would be a plus if you alsopossessprevious****experience in:

Experience with Saleforce.com, Oracle 12, Excel, Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite are a plus.

Ability to read and interpret contractual language and terms such as service contracts, quotes, purchase orders, and procedure manuals

The annual salary range for this role is $50,000 CAD – $61,000 CAD*.*This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
