The Brand and Communications Specialist is a strategic storyteller, brand builder, and community engager who ensures that every touchpoint—internal and external—reflects the heart of TinyEYE.
This role blends brand strategy, community development, content creation, practitioner engagement, and thought leadership to drive growth across two core audiences:
School districts and education leaders (customers) Therapists and clinicians (practitioners)
You will own brand positioning, messaging consistency, community-building initiatives, and relationship-driven marketing that fuels pipeline growth, engagement, and trust.

What You’ll Do

Enhance & promote TinyEYE’s value proposition by creating a brand strategy to support company growth, recruitment pipelines, and market expansion. Increase brand awareness growth (website traffic, followers, brand mentions).

Strengthen TinyEYE’s identity as an industry leader in school-based teletherapy, hybrid and in person service provider.

Produce compelling content across formats: blogs, newsletters, case studies, TinyTips, videos, events, podcasts, and social media channels.

Develop thought leadership materials for executives and subject-matter experts.

Identify storytelling opportunities from real practitioner and school success stories.
-
Maintain consistent messaging across all channels, teams, and deliverables.
-
Build editorial calendars and manage consistent content publishing.
-
Grow and manage practitioner communities (Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Groups, newsletters, forums).
-
Lead and moderate focus groups: SPED Community, practitioner, advisory boards.
-
Manage internal communication channels (e.g., Manages WaterCooler) to ensure message consistency and feedback is captured.

Partner with Recruitment and Operations to promote inclusive hiring and belonging across TinyEYE’s practitioner pipeline. Increasing candidates from underrepresented groups.

Build campaigns targeting underrepresented groups aligned with TinyEYE’s inclusion and accessibility goals.

Elevate diverse practitioner stories through the Practitioner Ambassador Program.

Utilize various SEO strategies to enhance online presence through targeted efforts.

Track, measure and optimize ROI for all marketing initiatives. Understanding how to analyze and track, customer and practitioner acquisition costs.

Plan, coordinate, and execute industry conferences, virtual events, and practitioner learning sessions.

Develop event assets, speaking notes, signage, giveaways, and promotional content.
-
Support presenters, subject matter experts, and executive visibility initiatives.
What you bring
-
5-10+ years in brand marketing, community management, content creation, or related roles, with related post secondary education
-
Experience in healthcare, education, recruitment, or social impact organizations is an asset.
-
Demonstrated ability to build online communities and run multi-channel content strategies.
-
Strong storytelling, writing, and editing abilities, with experience translating ideas into clear, inspiring narratives.
-
Social media strategy and analytics experience.
-
Strong understanding of DEI principles and inclusive communication.
-
Event coordination experience (virtual and/or in-person).
-
Experience with AI Automation and Agents a strong asset.
-
Community-minded, empathetic, and relationship-driven, with an entrepreneurship mindset. Curious, creative, organized and strategic, while being able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
