About the role

Mission: Reporting to the Head of Supply Planning & RDA for L'Oréal, you will be responsible for planning and executing promotional projects and new product launches. Your primary mission will be to ensure the On Time In Full (OTIF) availability of our products in stores, optimizing costs and aligning with the strategic objectives of the supply chain.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Project Management and Coordination: Orchestrating the comprehensive management of all promotional projects and launches, ensuring seamless operational coordination with all cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Procurement, Customer Service, Subcontractors).
  • Strategy and Schedule Monitoring: Developing, disseminating, and rigorously monitoring detailed schedules, while keeping the project tracking tool (Wrike) up to date.
  • Team and Meeting Facilitation: Actively engaging different departments, ensuring a clear understanding of tasks, and facilitating weekly meetings dedicated to project monitoring and risk analysis.
  • Proactive Risk Management: Anticipating, alerting Business and Customer Service to potential risks (delays, costs, etc.), and proposing concrete solutions or action plans to influence decisions.
  • Action Implementation: Coordinating the execution of action plans with various functions to ensure project success and compliance.
  • Strategic Planning Meetings: Leading strategic planning (sizing) meetings for launches with the division's Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to optimize resource allocation and volume forecasting.
  • Negotiation and Follow-up with International Logistic Partners: Managing negotiations and ensuring rigorous follow-up with international logistics partners to guarantee adherence to key dates and punctual delivery of launch products.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management/Logistics or Industrial Engineering

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience

  • IT Tools: Proficiency in Excel

  • Additional Assets:

  • Proficiency in SAP

  • Knowledge or experience in supply chain operations
