What to expect in your role as a cook/batter fry station lead:

  • Prepares food in the kitchen as well as packages food and drink products
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining room, restroom & exterior.
  • Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Check food quality and food temperature throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve
  • Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
  • Clean and maintain equipment on daily basis
  • Consistently handle product preparation
  • Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
  • Consistently push to open and close door to store and storage shed as well as cooler and freezers
  • Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
  • Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of Popeyes as well as our company Saisethsons Hospitality Group

Né en 1972 dans un petit restaurant de La Nouvelle Orléans, Popeyes a rapidement traversé les frontières grâce à une offre révolutionnaire, inspirée des saveurs traditionnelles de la Louisiane.

Sa recette mythique à base de poulet frais mariné pendant 12 heures, puis pané à froid dans un batter de lait en a fait le deuxième groupe de restauration rapide au monde proposant du poulet.

Popeyes possède actuellement 3900 restaurants dans plus de 30 pays dans le monde. Après le Royaume-Uni, l’Espagne, la Suisse, l’Inde et la Chine… c’est enfin au tour de la France d’accueillir son premier restaurant Popeyes. Le premier établissement a ouvert ses portes à Paris Gare du Nord le 1er février 2023 et sera suivi de plusieurs centaines d’autres dans les prochaines années.
