About The Original Farm
Intro – Our Journey, Our Mission In April 2015, FARMACY opened as the first municipally licensed dispensary in Victoria, BC, operating with the goal to create a safe and welcoming environment for cannabis consumers. By providing the opportunity to educate our customers about the varieties of products available, their uses, effects, and methods of consumption, we reshaped our community’s view of what a “dispensary” could be. Following the federal legalization of recreational cannabis, FARMACY temporarily closed its doors in October 2017 to prepare to reopen under Provincial legalization. In May 2018, the Original FARM was granted Provincial and Municipal approval and reopened as a legal recreational cannabis retailer. Our mission is to continue our role as a leader in the recreational cannabis retail industry, utilizing innovative technology, honest advice, and a shared love for cannabis to provide an exceptional customer experience.
