Fix Auto in Abbotsford is seeking an Experienced Repair Planner to join our busy Collision Center!
This is a full-time, permanent position where you will work Monday to Friday. Experienced candidates can expect to earn a salary of $75,000 per year as well as additional earnings based on monthly incentives.

Job Duties:
- Assess damage on vehicle once the vehicle has been dismantled.
- Determine the priority of tasks within the scope of the repair order.
- Complete and submit repair order supplements to insurance companies for work authorization.
- Ensure necessary parts are ordered and available for the time of repair.
- Maintain constant communication with Estimators and Body Technicians to ensure vehicles are fixed quickly and accurately.
- Work closely and collaborate with Insurance Partners, Technicians, and other team members to maximize efficiency, productivity and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for all repairs by collaborating with your team.
- Other duties as required.
Ideal Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Automotive Collision Estimating or Repair Planning is preferred
- Detail-oriented and demonstrates superior quality in all work produced.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma and valid Driver’s License are required.
