To join our team as an Office & Events Operations Lead to support the day‑to‑day operations of CLEAResult Canada’s Toronto office while leading the planning and delivery of key events across the country. This role ensures a well‑organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace, coordinates facilities and operational needs across Canadian offices, and delivers high‑quality internal, client, and leadership events that support our culture and business objectives.
Working closely with Canadian leadership and cross‑functional partners in facilities, finance, marketing, and communications, this role serves as a central point of coordination for office operations, executive communications, and regional initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
This role is based in downtown Toronto and requires candidates to live within a commutable distance and work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel to support events.

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Toronto office to ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming workplace.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facilities management, including maintenance, renovations, vendors, and centralized operations teams.
- Support operational coordination across Canadian offices to ensure consistency and timely communication.
- Manage office correspondence, mail, phone lines, and shared inboxes, including processing invoices and cheques with Accounts Payable.
- Track and maintain business, worker compensation, and professional licensing requirements across Canadian locations.
- Lead planning and execution of internal, client, and culture-building events across Canada, including town halls, volunteer events, and leadership meetings.
- Own end‑to‑end coordination of bi‑annual Canadian senior leadership meetings, including logistics, travel, budgeting, agendas, presentations, and post‑event follow‑ups.
- Build and maintain event plans, timelines, budgets, and action‑item trackers to ensure successful execution.
- Draft clear, polished communications on behalf of Canadian leadership and support regional initiatives.
- Create executive‑level PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and regional projects.
- Act as a liaison between Canadian leadership and centralized marketing and communications teams for website, LinkedIn, and branded asset coordination.
- Manage ordering and distribution of branded materials for Canadian employees.
Exciting candidates will have….
- Proven experience in office management, operations, or facilities coordination.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing internal and external events, including remote and multi-location events.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills, including drafting content on behalf of senior leaders.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive-level presentations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with facilities, finance, marketing, communications, and operations teams.
- High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel occasionally as required for events.
- Live within a commutable distance form our downtown Toronto office.

$36-$38/h
