We are looking for a specialist to provide SAP solution expertise to the SAP/Customer Care functional work stream. The position is responsible for managing ISU solution including Billing, Financial Accounting and CRM/CMM aspects of the SAP product (software) across requirements, solutioning, design and features. This position will assist in the management of the AMS team in partnership with the vendor and provide support to define specification, testing, data profiling, supporting the AMS team and providing guidance for changes and other systems capabilities required. Note: Internally this role is referred to as Specialist I TIS Product Owner What You Will Do
- Accountable for the delivery of the techno functional solutions related to ISU (Billing, FICA, and CRM/CMM).
- Communicate effectively with sponsors, stakeholders and delivery and enablement and operations and our shared services TIS team members as required. Report on the status, issues, key activities and any deliverable changes (Product Backlog).
- Own, maintain and communicate the required SAP Product Changes and coordinate Release and Change Management activities.
- Advocate for the business in all stages of solution definition, development, and testing.
- Support SAP Business Support Team as required including participation in design, testing and deployment activities.
- Proactively identify and communicate risk factors and contingency plans to ensure they are properly mitigated prior to any issue arising as it pertains SAP solution components.
- Assist and coach SAP teams (internal and AMS) with troubleshooting issues, work with various SAP project resources as needed to find the best solution in a timely manner.
- Work with members of the project delivery and enablement and shared services partner teams to ensure that the Integrated project work, deliverables, and dependencies are aligned.
- Review and approve all SAP project deliverables related to Functional Specifications and Data related deliverables.
- Collaborate with architecture and operational teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.
- Develop and follow appropriate transition to sustainment plans to support implementations to ongoing support.
- Collaborate with other Enbridge development teams as needed to align resources, solutions, and timelines around ERP deliverables.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings/presentations with various levels of management pertaining to the SAP solution and delivery. Maintain domain Application-System knowledge and keep abreast of solution development progress.
- Participate in quality assurance testing ensuring all aspects of the testing run smoothly.
- Assist the business in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
Who You Are Required:
- Advanced University degree in a related field, e.g., Computer Engineering, MBA or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience working in SAP ISU with Billing, FICA and CRM experience, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of relevant domain processes in SAP ISU.
- Experience solutioning, designing, understanding, and applying business requirements to estimates to ensure business benefits are delivered and a positive experience.
- Experience with managing complex, large scale integrated systems and projects.
- Ability to conceptualize the business requirement and deliver innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of core business applications such as SAP, SAP BW, Maximo that are relevant to our SAP delivery and integrations.
- Advanced communication skills demonstrated through previous experience in the following contexts: senior leadership progress reports, multi-disciplinary project meetings, technical reviews with developers and SME’s, leading group training sessions.
- Highly developed organizational skills to prioritize tasks and complete work within defined timeframes in a fast-paced program environment.
