Within the NAPA distribution center located in Cambridge, ON, you will work closely with your management team.
Salary Range: $83,700 – $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

As a Warehouse Manager, Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
Plan, implement, and monitor annual warehouse operations aligned with company strategy. Develop, manage, and analyze operational budgets. Lead and support a team of Warehouse Supervisors. Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement, receiving, storage, and timely delivery coordination. Ensure effective communication with staff, suppliers, and customers. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare management reports and ensure financial oversight of warehouse operations. Enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards. Supervise maintenance and availability of warehouse equipment, including forklifts.

To Join Our Team, You Need, Among Other Things
5+ years in warehouse or distribution operations management. Strong leadership, inventory control, and budget management skills. Proficient in KPI monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Knowledge of health and safety standards and equipment maintenance. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.

The Auto Parts Division is mainly involved in the sale, distribution and marketing of replacement parts and supplies for cars and light trucks. We have the largest Canadian distribution network of vehicle replacement parts. Our banners in this division include household name NAPA Auto Parts, as well as Altrom-Autocamping, specialized in parts for imported vehicles, and CMAX, specialized in paint and body supplies.
