🚀 District Sales Leader 📍 Western Canada | Remote Field Leadership Role
Are you a proven healthcare sales leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams and driving strategic growth? We're looking for an experienced District Sales Leader to lead a dynamic sales organization across Western Canada, helping healthcare providers adopt innovative technologies that improve patient outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where you'll coach top-performing sales professionals, build executive-level customer relationships, and develop regional growth strategies for a market-leading healthcare organization.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers and Account Executives to exceed regional sales goals. Develop and execute regional sales strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. Own territory forecasting, sales funnel management, pipeline development, and overall business performance. Build and maintain executive relationships with major healthcare systems and strategic accounts. Coach sales teams through complex sales cycles while supporting negotiations and closing high-value opportunities. Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences and coordinated business solutions. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and business opportunities to position the organization for continued success. Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and supporting long-term partnerships.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of successful sales experience, including complex solution or capital equipment sales. 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing high-performing teams. Healthcare, medical device, diagnostic imaging, or medical capital equipment experience is strongly preferred. Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and delivering consistent business results. Strong executive-level relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with forecasting, financial analysis, ROI development, and strategic account management. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing top sales talent.

Compensation & Benefits
