Our partner, Atlantic Roofers Ltd., is currently seeking a driven and personable Project Manager to join their Dartmouth branch. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced construction professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality roofing projects across the region.

OVERVIEW
As Project Manager , you will oversee roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality standards while maintaining safety and strong client relationships. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead project planning, procurement, and execution, coordinating closely with site foremen, crews, and clients.
This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in construction project management who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and values long-term growth within a respected company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management & Execution
- Lead and manage all phases of roofing projects—from quoting to final inspection
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets
- Procure required materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust plans to keep projects on track
- Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and regulations
Client & Team Coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, crews, and internal stakeholders
- Liaise with the Branch Manager and the Project Foremen to align project goals and execution
- Provide cost estimates and technical support during the planning phase
- Respond to client needs and inquiries with professionalism and timeliness
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of project management experience in construction (roofing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials procurement, and safety standards
- Post-secondary education in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid Driver’s License and clean abstract
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying conditions
- Experience in estimating, planning, and managing construction budgets
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on-site as needed
- Knowledgeable in the safe use of PPE and fall protection equipment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to contribute to team success
