Hypertec is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our Infrastructure team in Montreal, Quebec . If you are motivated, collaborative, and aligned with our values, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Contributing:
- Schedule Development: Develop baseline schedules, incorporate tasks, milestones, and dependencies with input from project managers and engineers;
- Monitoring & Updates: Continuously track actual progress against the plan, identifying deviations and potential impacts;
- Communication: Inform stakeholders, team members, and clients about schedule status, updates, and potential delays;
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential scheduling risks and facilitate solutions or remedial actions;
- Coordination: Align activities across different departments and trades, ensuring resource availability;
- Reporting: Provide progress reports and forecasts to management.
What Sets You Apart:
- Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience;
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a project scheduler or as a project manager with demonstrated scheduling experience and demonstrated project leadership;
- Detailed oriented with the ability to collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Bilingual French and English with excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project scheduling software (ex P6);
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills;
- An ability to track and organize information data and communications efficiently to ensure project issues are dealt with promptly and properly;
- Ability to travel to customer’s job sites within Canada and the U.S;
- PMP certification – an asset;
