Role
Reporting to the Kitting Manager, the Kitting Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day organization and oversight of kitting programs.

Job Duties
- Work with the Kitting Manager to determine the daily schedule of kitting programs
- Set up and tear down of distributions
- Work alongside the kitting team to complete kits and ensure quality and productivity targets are met
- Create labels and waybills
- Once a distribution is complete, work with the fulfillment team to move overs into inventory
- Lead the kitting team when the Kitting Manager is away from the warehouse
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing fulfillment and kitting
- Strong demonstrated customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to respond and adapt quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word and Excel
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
