Role

Reporting to the Kitting Manager, the Kitting Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day organization and oversight of kitting programs.

Job Duties

  • Work with the Kitting Manager to determine the daily schedule of kitting programs
  • Set up and tear down of distributions
  • Work alongside the kitting team to complete kits and ensure quality and productivity targets are met
  • Create labels and waybills
  • Once a distribution is complete, work with the fulfillment team to move overs into inventory
  • Lead the kitting team when the Kitting Manager is away from the warehouse

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing fulfillment and kitting
  • Strong demonstrated customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to respond and adapt quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work

Work Conditions

  • Warehouse Environment

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

  • Physically agile and dexterous

  • Interacts with employees and management

  • Main hours – 7:00AM-3:30PM

  • Overtime may be required
