B2B Catering Sales Representative
About the role
CWe're hiring a B2B Catering Sales Representative to win and grow corporate accounts — offices, coworking spaces, hospitals, schools, film/production sets, and companies that order catering regularly. Unlike one-off event sales, this role is about landing recurring business and becoming the go-to caterer for a client's daily lunches, meetings, and company events. You'll own outbound prospecting, contract negotiation, and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities Prospect and close corporate accounts through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals, and inbound leads. Target decision-makers: office managers, executive assistants, HR/people teams, and procurement. Sell recurring and high-frequency catering programs (daily lunch, weekly team meals, meetings, corporate events). Build proposals, negotiate volume pricing and service agreements, and close multi-order or contract deals. Manage a pipeline in the CRM with disciplined follow-up and accurate forecasting. Grow existing accounts by increasing order frequency, expanding to new departments/locations, and upselling premium menus. Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly new-revenue and account-retention targets. Coordinate with kitchen and operations to guarantee reliable, on-time delivery that keeps accounts renewing. Represent the brand at corporate networking events, business associations, and industry trade shows.
Qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in catering, food service, hospitality, or corporate services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota, especially in acquiring new accounts. Strong consultative and account-based selling skills; comfortable managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. Confident with outbound prospecting and CRM tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up discipline. Understanding of corporate catering logistics, dietary needs, and volume pricing is a strong asset.
