KM Roberts & Associates is seeking a motivated and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. We’re a respected manufacturer’s representative firm in the electrical industry, dedicated to providing innovative solutions and outstanding client support across Western Canada.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Provide knowledgeable assistance with product inquiries, quotes, and order processing
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on responsiveness and satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with outside sales and technical teams
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings and market trends (training provided)
- Support administrative and data entry functions related to sales activity
- Warehousing (Receiving shipments, outbound shipping, forklift operation)
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong background in customer service – your ability to communicate clearly and positively is key
- A willingness to learn – we’re committed to training the right individual
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Sales or technical experience is an asset, but not required
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team-oriented mindset
- Curiosity – about the customer’s needs, and how to best meet them
- Forklift Operator (An asset, we will arrange for training as needed)
