We are looking for a DevOps Analyst to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
In this role, you will focus on maintaining and optimizing Microsoft Azure and AWS environments, performing upgrades, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the stability and security of our systems. You will be collaborating with global teams, contributing to the development of IT strategies, and playing an integral part in implementing Microsoft DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking and a passion for continuous improvement in enterprise IT environments. Reporting to the DevOps Technology Lead, other highlights include:
- Managing and maintaining complex network and server environments, including performing upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with Virtual Machines, Azure network appliances, and related software.
- Monitoring and maintaining Public Cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
- Tracking and analyzing Azure network and server performance, preparing regular reports and metrics to support proactive management.
- Supporting the development and execution of IT strategies in collaboration with leadership, including establishing and maintaining policies, procedures, and training for resource administration, security, and disaster recovery.
- Implementing and supporting Microsoft DevOps practices, including the adoption of Infrastructure as Code to streamline deployments and operations.
- Designing and maintaining disaster recovery and data protection strategies, including redundant systems and archiving policies to ensure data integrity.
What You’ll Need:
- Typically, the required education and experience and is attained through a relevant bachelor’s degree, and at least 3–5 years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience working within a production IT environment, managing enterprise infrastructure, hardware, hosting services, and network systems.
- Hands-on experience with Public Cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing automated infrastructure solutions using Terraform, ARM templates, and Ansible playbooks.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure and Configuration as Code principles.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure technologies including Azure Backup, Site Recovery, Azure AD, AAD Connect, DevOps, SQL, Storage, and network monitoring tools.
- Deep technical understanding of TCP/IP and other network protocols, and familiarity with DNS, DHCP, Azure Firewall, Cisco, and FortiGate technologies.

- Proficient in CI/CD concepts (preferably using Azure DevOps Services).
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and recommend improvements.
