EIPS is recruiting a part-time (0.9 FTE) Division 1 Teacher at Win Ferguson Elementary. This teaching assignment is for Grade 4/5**.**
Win Ferguson
Elementary serves approximately 390 students in kindergarten to Grade 6, with 21
teaching staff and 15 support staff. The school is located in Fort
Saskatchewan, AB, approximately 20 kilometres north of Sherwood Park, AB. The community at Win Ferguson believes all students come to school
to learn, work and play in an atmosphere of trust and respect. The school is
committed to providing students with the knowledge, help and guidance they need
to become active participants in today's society.
- Commencing August 27, 2026
- Open to internal and external applicants, priority will be given to EIPS teachers who hold a continuous contract and meet the minimum requirements of the position

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education degree
- Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
- Effective organization and classroom management skills
- Ability to create a classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and challenged

- Experience or familiarity with analyzing data and using data to inform decisions and/or instruction
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Growth mindset and ability to use feedback to improve practice
- Relentless drive to set and achieve personal and professional goals
