We are looking for a motivated CNC Operator to join our team!
****The CNC Machinist is responsible for machining forgings, bar stock, and plate material into finished company products using precision CNC equipment. This role requires hands-on experience operating and setting up 3-Axis Vertical Mills and Horizontal Machining Centers, maintaining close tolerances, and troubleshooting both mechanical and programming issues to ensure high-quality output.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and capable of independently setting up, operating, and optimizing CNC machining processes in a production environment.
Responsibilities:

Efficiently set-up, operate, and troubleshoot various conventional or CNC machines (i.e. lathes, millings and grinders).
-
Machine forgings, bar stock, and plate material to exact specifications based on engineering drawings.
-
Maintain tight tolerances as per requirement, while ensuring quality.
-
Perform tool setup, offsets, and adjustments prior to and during machine operation.
-
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
-
Follow all company safety standards and best manufacturing practices.
-
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.
Requirements:
Qualifications:

High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
-
Must be able to interpret machining drawings. Work close tolerances.
-
Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, verniers, bore gauges, height gauges, DROs, etc.).
-
Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection documentation.
-
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts.
