About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving our agency’s success by connecting high-caliber talent with leading organizations. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle — with support from our world class business development team, grow market share, current client management to candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role that combines sales, strategy, and people expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Client Development & Relationship Management

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client partnerships by understanding hiring needs, culture, and strategic goals.
  • Negotiate terms of business and manage client expectations throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Sourcing & Management

  • Source, attract, and engage top talent through proactive outreach, networking, job boards, referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and evaluate cultural fit for client roles.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and guide both clients and candidates through the selection process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
  • Advise clients and candidates on hiring trends, market conditions, and career development opportunities.
  • Contribute to business development strategies and participate in networking events to grow brand awareness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency or staffing environment.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding placement/revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, CRM systems, and professional networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
