About the role
- In this role, you will help drive forward our leading AI-powered intelligence and automation solution for response management, shaping how Loopio transforms company knowledge into high-quality, trustworthy, and high-impact proposals with minimal manual effort
- Your mandate is to work closely with customers to deeply understand their needs, build their confidence & trust with AI-powered proposal automation, improve output accuracy, and reduce the need for manual validation to enable faster, more reliable outcomes that help our customers win more business
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a key area of our platform, from discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration
- Collaborate closely with Design, Customer Experience, and Go-to-Market teams to understand how customers evaluate, trust, and adopt automated workflows, identifying friction points where automation succeeds or breaks down
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to design and deliver AI-powered solutions involving areas such as content retrieval, search, document processing, and data extraction that effectively solve our users’ JTBD
- Define, track, and optimize success metrics, including adoption, retention, automation rates, and reductions in manual effort
- Lead cross-functional rituals, including product reviews, roadmap alignment, metric readouts, and go-to-market enablement conversations
- Build market and competitive expertise to inform strategic bets and prioritization
- Engage directly with customers to understand where the product succeeds or breaks down, translating insights into clear product opportunities
- Drive alignment across stakeholders by clearly connecting roadmap decisions to customer outcomes and business impact

- Team Socials- We’re looking for an analytically minded, curious, and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to join our Product team at Loopio
- If you work backwards from big goals, act with urgency, and have bias towards data-informed decisions, you are a great fit for our team
- A strong AI product foundation - comfortable partnering with Data Science on tradeoffs, evaluation frameworks, experimentation, and failure modes (without needing to design models yourself)
- Solid technical fluency and comfort collaborating closely with engineers on system design and prioritization
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, managing multiple initiatives while staying anchored on outcomes
- Experience owning a product area end-to-end, including strategy, discovery, delivery, and adoption
- Strategic thinking balanced with execution rigour - able to translate complex technical and market signals into clear, actionable roadmaps
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and build confidence in the roadmap
- A proven track record of launching successful B2B AI-enabled products is a must-have, ideally within the domain of sales tech solutions, including document/knowledge management. An ideal candidate will have worked on products involving NLP, content retrieval, document processing, or recommendation systems
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong track record of shipping impactful, outcome-driven features
- A customer-obsessed mindset, focused on reducing friction and driving confidence through automation and trusted outputs
