What you will do

Receive service requests from users, initiate and document incidents and assist users in resolving problems encountered.

Maintain and operate onboarding and offboarding structure, processes and mechanisms across platforms tailoring to project execution organizational structure.

Ensure that all support cases are researched, diagnosed, resolved and properly documented
-
Close collaboration with corporate IT department, to ensure central liaison point and project management systems’ software integrates well with company systems and evaluation/review policies.

Maintain and build a support structure and administration mechanisms for all platform
-
Maintain a structure, processes and mechanisms for the entry and exit of personnel on all platforms, adapting them to the organizational structure of project execution

Monitoring the system's performance, identifying, and addressing issues and opportunities for improvement

Proactively contribute, lead initiatives to improve overall system operations and performance
-
Providing oversight on training and support to end-users to ensure they can use the system effectively and efficiently
-
Effectively ensure project/client team members are fully operational on platforms provided
-
Close interaction with the projects’ operating teams, the applications’ managers and analysts, and IT department
-
Proactively drive issues to resolution (tactical and strategic)
-
Proactively contribute, lead initiatives for improved overall operations and performance.

Perform advanced application troubleshooting when required.
This role could be for you if you have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration, engineering, or any related field
- Have proven work experience supporting project management systems, or relevant experience
- Experience in working in a team, and customer-facing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing and training materials for experienced users
- Experience with information systems and project management platforms; SAP ERP, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power BI, Primavera P6, ProjectWise, is an asset
