OpenRoad Auto Group is currently seeking to expand our team with Full-Time Creative Strategist at OpenRoad Auto Group Ltd.
Responsibilities:

Develops creative strategies to strengthen OpenRoad’s internal and external communications.
-
Introduces new and innovative ideas to enhance customer experience.
-
Provides creative multimedia solutions to achieve marketing success.
-
Designs and develops creative guidelines, proposals and presentations to support OpenRoad’s new initiatives and business development.
-
Develops and presents creative proposals to OpenRoad stakeholders.
-
Brings creative insights to the Company.
-
Attends in-person meetings at dealerships and off-site venues.
-
Collects production quotation and coordinates with third-party agencies to deliver projects on time and on budget.
-
Collaborates with marketing department, OpenRoad stakeholders and third-party services to produce advertising and marketing materials.
-
Designs coop-compliant advertising and marketing materials.
-
Designs and develops site enhancement visuals – mural, hoarding, event displays, signs, interactive experience and communication collaterals.
-
Provides additional coordination and marketing support for various projects, events and day-to-day marketing activities.
-
Adheres to OEM standards, coop guidelines and OpenRoad brand guidelines.
-
Develops and maintains effective working relationships with the various OpenRoad departments, dealerships and managers.
-
Must follow Company’s safety policies and practices, and immediately report any and all accidents to the Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
-
Design certificate or at least 2 years’ design experience in design or marketing agencies.

Working knowledge of CSS and HTML.
-
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
-
Solid experience in commercial advertising design in a retail environment.
-
Good understanding of and practical skill in prototyping, design mock up, web design wireframe and mock up.

Knowledge in print production.
-
Strong abilities in design and technology.
-
Ability to transform concepts into inspiring designs.
-
Automotive retail experience preferred.
-
Strong creative and execution abilities.
-
Strong attention to details and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
-
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong ability to set priorities in order to meet tight deadlines.
-
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and communicates effectively as project lead.
