Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to provide technical support, manage incidents, and contribute to IT service delivery in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong Office 365 expertise, knowledge of ITIL best practices, and the ability to lead small projects or initiatives. This role requires excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to bridge technical teams, business users, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-line support for end users across Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
- Monitor, log, and resolve incidents in alignment with ITIL processes, ensuring SLA adherence and high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams while maintaining clear communication with end users.
- Manage service requests, user account administration, and access/permissions across IT systems.
- Lead and coordinate small IT projects, including upgrades, deployments, and process improvement initiatives.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and knowledge base articles for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify recurring issues, recommend solutions, and support problem management activities.
- Support IT governance and compliance requirements by following ITIL and organizational standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, request, and problem management.
- Experience leading or coordinating IT-related projects or initiatives.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities in desktop, network, and application support.
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent certification.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, or basic networking principles.
