TEMPORARY Family School Liaison/Indigenous Education
About the role
School District No. 59 (Peace River South) is inviting applications for one (1) position of Temporary Family School Liaison (35 hrs/wk, Monday to Friday) in Dawson Creek, BC effective immediately until June 26, 2026.
We are looking for a professional, self motivated individual with a degree in Social Work.
The successful candidate must have a clear Criminal Record Review, a class 5 driver's license and access to their own vehicle.
This position involves working with families to foster relationships between school and home, facilitate collaboration with outside agencies, work collaboratively with a school team and recognize potential crisis situations, analyze, and help develop strategies to deal with those situations.
