We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our newly established Product Team. Reporting to Product Team manager, you’ll have the opportunity to help us refine our product development process, mentor junior PMs and lead complex projects from discovery through delivery and iteration. You’ll blend technical fluency, a user-centric mindset, and strong execution to deliver measurable outcomes aligned to our mission.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Contribute to product strategy, road mapping, and outcomes for key product areas (e.g., nutrition tracking, premium subscriptions, growth/activation), aligned with company goals and KPIs.
- Lead product discovery: conduct user research and interviews, synthesize insights, define jobs-to-be-done, map user journeys, and evaluate opportunities with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
- Translate strategy into clear product requirements: write PRDs, define epics/user stories and acceptance criteria, manage the backlog, considering impact, effort, risk, and dependencies.
- Drive delivery with cross-functional squads (engineering, design, data, QA) using agile practices; establish definition of ready/done, manage scope and trade-offs, and ensure high-quality, on-time releases.
- Instrument and analyze product performance: define KPIs, set up dashboards, run A/B and multivariate experiments, conduct funnel/cohort analyses, and make data-informed decisions.
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Support on go-to-market: positioning, onboarding, in-app messaging, launch planning, release, and post-launch measurement and iteration.
- Advocate for users: synthesize input from research, support tickets, app reviews, community, and NPS to inform prioritization.
- Champion product quality, accessibility, and reliability: collaborate with QA to meet performance targets, ensure app accessibility and manage risk, incident response.
- Uphold data privacy and security best practices appropriate for health-related data and partner with legal/engineering on compliance considerations.
- Drive monetization and growth outcomes: improve activation, conversion to paid, retention, and ARPU; test pricing and packaging; create sustainable growth loops.
- Lead device and platform integrations (e.g., Apple Health, Health Connect, wearables) and manage partner relationships, certifications, and API requirements where relevant.
- Stakeholder Communication: maintain transparent Product Requirement Document, present updates to stakeholders and leadership, and align teams around goals and trade-offs.
- Contribute to building the Product function: help define product operating rhythms and tooling, improve processes, document standards, hiring.
- Mentor Junior PMs: we will be adding new team members as we grow and will be leaning on Senior PMs for mentorship and coaching.
What You Bring to the Table
- Significant experience in a product management role (5+ years), ideally with consumer mobile and web products; health tech or data-intensive products a plus.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area with measurable outcomes, from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Strong analytical skills; hands-on experience with A/B testing and product analytics.
- Technical fluency and comfort discussing architecture, APIs, data models, and platform constraints with engineers.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management; ability to influence without formal authority.
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically with strong attention to detail; adept at prioritization and managing dependencies.
- Deep familiarity with agile methodologies and shipping frequently in agile environments.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
Nice to Haves
- Background in nutrition, fitness, or health tech.
- Experience with subscription businesses, pricing/packaging, and growth/retention.
- Familiarity with design thinking, user-centered design, and basic wireframing/prototyping.
- Exposure to machine learning or data science concepts.
- Experience with health/device ecosystems (e.g., Apple Health, Health Connect, Garmin, Oura).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and internationalization/localization.

- Base annual salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 + employee bonus program
