Position Overview

The Human Resources Administrator is a strong administrative role responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment, enhancing employee experience, and contributing to a strong and engaging workplace culture across the organization. This role works closely with leaders and employees across multiple provinces to attract top talent, deliver exceptional people services, and support continuous learning initiatives. This is an in-office position reporting into Harvard’s Head Office location located in Downtown Regina.

Key responsibilities include coordinating all stages of the recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs, providing an outstanding candidate experience, and facilitating thorough and engaging onboarding programs. The Human Resources Administrator also contributes to employee engagement initiatives and participates in committees and events that strengthen organizational culture.

This position requires a highly organized, adaptable, and service-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in human resources or a related people services role
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong presentation and training skills
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience (considered an asset)
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Ceridian Dayforce (considered an asset)
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders across multiple business units
