About this role
Carrier Commercial Services has a 6-month contract hybrid position for an Accounts Payable Coordinator in Mississauga. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will take on the full cycle of Accounts Payable tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoices and Payment Processing including invoice authorization, code and entry in SAP, cheque runs, and vendor interaction
- Month-end activities including journal entries, accounts payable aging, prepare accrual travel & entertainment expense, follow up on invoices & clearing accounts and prepare accounts payables accruals
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 5 years plus of work experience in Accounts Payable
Preferred Qualifications
Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting
- Experience with analysis
- Detail-oriented, attention to accuracy
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of SAP or S4Hana
