We are seeking a strong techno-functional Senior ERP Application Engineer to support the development, customization, and integration of our global Supply Chain Management (SCM) platforms. In this role, you will independently deliver scoped technical work across NetSuite warehouse and inventory systems while partnering with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on more complex architecture and platform decisions. The ideal candidate will bring solid hands-on experience across warehouse & inventory related workflows, logistics tracking, and demand planning integrations, using SuiteScript and modern middleware to deliver stable, scalable technical solutions. This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in Canada to maintain effective collaboration across teams. What You'll Do: Technical Execution: Execute technical development tasks within the SCM space, following development best practices in configuration, scripting, testing, and cross-platform integrations. Core Inventory & Warehouse Optimization: Configure and enhance NetSuite Warehouse Management System (WMS) capabilities to support pick, pack, ship workflows, wave planning, and serial or lot tracking solutions within established design patterns. End-to-End Supply Chain Support: Support the inventory lifecycle from manufacturing hubs to market deployment by maintaining and improving key NetSuite processes including Item Receipts, Item Fulfillment, and Landed Costs. Logistics & PLM Integration: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations connecting NetSuite to Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) for freight execution and Arena PLM for product lifecycle and BOM management. Demand Planning Synchronization: Support automated data connectors with Anaplan to help ensure reliable data synchronization for demand planning and forecasting models. Process Automation: Use SuiteFlow and SuiteScript (2.0/2.1) to automate inventory state transitions, item fulfillment flows, and receipt routing while improving operational efficiency and reducing manual effort. Compliance & Controls Support: Help maintain role-based access controls, data security policies, and inventory reconciliation controls to support SOX compliance and audit-ready system configurations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Enterprise Product Managers, Data Platforms, Sourcing, and corporate logistics teams to translate business requirements into stable technical solutions within established platform boundaries. Code & Quality Standards: Follow established coding standards for NetSuite extensions and automated pipelines, and contribute to maintainability, reliability, and performance improvements over time. Team Support & Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge with peers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to onboarding, documentation, and collaborative problem-solving within the team. Release Management: Stay current with NetSuite bi-annual releases, evaluate relevant features, support impact analyses, and assist with regression validation and optimization opportunities. CI/CD & Source Control Support: Contribute to NetSuite SDF and GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines that support version-controlled customization, automated deployment, and disciplined change management in enterprise ERP environments. Participate in the team's on-call rotation, responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to root cause analysis and service reliability improvements. Respond to and troubleshoot production issues, outages, and critical alerts during assigned on-call shifts. Escalate incidents as needed and collaborate with team members to restore service. Document issues and contribute to improvements that reduce recurring incidents. Be available to provide occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday support while on call. About You: Experience: 4+ years of ERP or application engineering experience, with strong hands-on expertise developing and configuring solutions within complex supply chain and inventory environments. Techno-Functional Capability: Good technical and functional understanding of NetSuite Inventory, NetSuite WMS, Oracle OTM, Anaplan, and Arena PLM. Warehouse Automation & Tracking: Practical experience configuring NetSuite WMS workflows, location setups, and custom scripts for serial-controlled and lot-controlled inventory processes. Cross-Platform Ecosystem Customization: Hands-on experience building and supporting data pipelines connecting PLM systems such as Arena to ERP systems such as NetSuite for BOM and related supply chain data flows. Technical Mastery: Strong working knowledge of the SuiteCloud customization platform, including SuiteScript (2.0/2.1), SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk (SOAP and REST APIs), and SuiteBundler. Programming & Integration Skills: Practical experience using object-oriented languages such as Java or Python, together with middleware solutions such as Celigo, Boomi, or Workato. Data & Version Control: Strong understanding of SQL for reporting and data management, along with familiarity with Git-based version control systems and the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF). Compliance Experience: Comfortable working in high-growth, asset-heavy environments with standard SOX, GDPR, and inventory audit controls. Preferred Certifications: NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation. Ability to participate in a shared on-call rotation supporting production systems, including occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage, with responsibility for responding to critical alerts, coordinating escalations to restore service, and documenting issues to help prevent recurrence. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in an ERP landscape. Proficient working with modern web formats and protocols, including JavaScript, Node.js, SOAP, REST, XML, HTML, and JSON. Proficient with standard SDLC procedures and change-management environments. The base salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by objective factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience.
